Refunds & Exchanges
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, for store credit only. Refunds will not be given for custom printed items.
Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.Exchanges are not permitted for custom printed items.
Store credits may be used online or in the retail store located at 3000 East Colfax in Denver, Colorado.

Shipping & Handling
Method: All orders are shipped using your choice of USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or USPS Express. Tracking numbers are available and viewable by signing into your account. You will be sent an email when your item ships.
Delivery Time: Orders are shipped between 2-5 business days from date of order. As all items are limited edition runs, should an item you order be sold out or temporarily unavailable, Taboot Art will contact you via email or provided telephone number with options for replacement or refund. All orders are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Print to order items are shipped within 5-10 business days.

Deposit
Deposits are non-refundable.
Artwork for Screen-Printer Orders
Artwork must be in one of the following formats- 300 dpi pdf, Photoshop (.psd), or Illustrator (.eps). Low resolution jpegs or gifs are not useable. If artwork is not provided in the necessary format, an art fee of $35/hour will be charged to client for recreation, due at time of pick-up. Additionally, if artwork is not provided in required format, the print time frame may be extended as needed for recreation. Deposits will not be refunded if artwork is not available in these formats and client does not wish it to be recreated by the Taboot in house art department. Client may choose to put a “hold” on the order until acceptable format is available from outside designer, without having to forfeit the deposit.
